Certificate of No Criminal Record for Foreigners with Temporary Residence in Serbia

If you have a temporary residence permit and need a certificate proving that you haven’t been convicted during your stay in Serbia:

1️⃣ Obtain the certificate from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia (MUP / police) – at the office corresponding to your place of registered residence.
2️⃣ Bring your passport, residence permit, and the completed application form (you will receive the form at the counter).
3️⃣ Pay the required fee as instructed by the police.

📝 Apostille Stamp
The back of the document must have an Apostille, obtained at the court corresponding to the place where your certificate was issued:

• If your certificate was issued in Sremska Mitrovica → Apostille is obtained at the Court in Sremska Mitrovica
• If your certificate was issued in Belgrade → Apostille is obtained at the Court in Belgrade

📱 Translation

1. Take clear photos of the front and back of the document
2. Send them via WhatsApp / Viber: +381 64 193 51 62
3. Once the translation is completed by a sworn court interpreter / translator, you must come in person to bind the translation with the original document
